Thispaperprovidesacomprehensivereviewofthesenewtreatmentstargetingthetumorvasculatureinthisdisease.Promising activitieshavebeendetectedinphaseIItrials,andresultsofphaseIIIclinicaltrialsareawaitedeagerly. 1.Introduction fromtheincreasedpermeabilityoftheperitonealcapillaries.
