Similar dose of levothyroxinewasrequiredtoachieveeuthyroidisminboththegroups.Thoughanearlyrestorationofeuthyroidismwasseen ineveninggroup,thedi?erencewhencomparedtothemorninggroupwasnotstatisticallysigni?cant.OnassessmentofQoL, statisticallysigni?cantimprovementinvariousparameterswasseeninboththegroups.Hence,fromthestudyweinferredthat eveningdoseisase?caciousasmorningdoseandprovidesanalternatedosingregimen. 1.Introduction the traditional Indian diet,
