We examined the e?ects on transfection e?ciency of three concentrations of bubble liposome(1×10 ,1×10 ,1×10 /mL),threeconcentrationsofHGFDNA(60,120,180μg/mL),twoinsoni?cationtimes(30, 6 7 8 60sec),andthreeincubationtimes(15,60,120min).Wefoundthatlowconcentrationsofbubbleliposomeandlowconcentrations ofDNAprovidedthelargestamountoftheHGFproteinexpressionbythesonoporatedcardiomyocytes.Variationofinsoni?cation andincubationtimesdidnota?ecttheamountofproduct.Followinginsoni?cation,cardiomyocytesshowedcellularinjury
