同济大学 《管理信息系统》课程报告标准化建设项目中的社会网络分析标准化建设项目中的社会网络分析2013指导教师 ：徐德华 副教授 作者 ： 李东宇 陶 然 雪克来提 刘 晴 指导教师 ：徐德华 副教授 作者 ： 李东宇 陶 然 雪克来提 刘 晴 林康莉 刘艳君 ——以别克品牌汽车4s店建设项目为例标准化建设项目中的社会网络分析——以别克品牌汽车4s店建设项目为例【摘要】社会网络分析已在建设项目组织领域得到了一定程度的重视，但鲜有文献将该方法应用于标准化建设项目的相关研究中。本文结合建设项目组织特点，构建起具有普适性的建设项目组织社会网络概念模型；并以别克品牌汽车4s店建设项目为例，利用ORA软件对其进行实际建模。通过密度、平均距离等指标，对组织结构的整体特征进行了描述；通过三类中心度指标，识别了影响项目完成绩效的关键主体；并在此基础上，通过线性回归的方法，对不同项目交付成果的差异性进行简要分析。为避免结果的偶然性，研究中选取了10个标准化项目进行建模，所得结论可以为后续同类项目建设提供重要借鉴。【关键词】标准化建设项目 社会网络分析 组织结构 关键主体 Social Network Analysis in Standardized Construction Projects：A Case Study of Buick 4S Dealership ConstructionAbstract Social network analysis has been valued to some extent in the area of construction project management with the exception of standardized ones. This study builds a generally applicable social network notion model with the peculiarity of construction project organization taken in to account. It sets up and strengthened a real social network model based on the case study of 4S service shop of Buick with the introduction of ORA method. The overall organizational characteristics are described by a bunch of indexes in which density and average distance are included; the crucial agents are identified by three categories of centrality norms; and the analysis on the distinction of project deliveries has been performed through linear regression. In our study, ten standardized construction projects have been chosen in case there is any contingency disturbing. With all above under consideration, it is reliable that the conclusions can provide practical advice for the following similar projects.
