Higher Vocational Accounting ‘double-certificate’ Construction of Teaching Staff
[Abstract] Higher education in vocational, practical, technical and training objectives, determine the professional teachers of higher vocational education must be ‘double-qualified’ teachers. At present, the higher vocational colleges in the ‘two-division-type’ construction of teaching staff there to ‘Double-qualified’ teachers do not know the exact meaning of the professional ability of teachers in practice the lack of scientific planning, the introduction of talents in short supply channels for a single, failed to establish a relatively stable part-time faculty and other phenomena, the author as to the accounting profession as an example of this was analyzed and put forward their views and suggestions.

First, higher vocational colleges ‘dual-division-type’ the connotation of teaching staff
1. At present higher vocational education of the ‘double-certificate’ interpretation of several faculty
(1) ‘double-certificate-type’, that both have some vocational qualification certificates (Certified Public Accountant, Registered Tax Agent, a registered public valuer, lawyers, etc.) has also obtained Higher Colleges Teacher Certification and engaged in vocational and technical education staff .
(2) ‘double-title-type’, that is the series of titles in access to higher education teachers (lecturers, associate professors, professors, etc.) in addition to access to other professional and technical titles and engaged in higher vocational and technical education staff.
(3) ‘dual-capacity model’, considered to be both competent vocational theoretical teaching, but also to guide the practice of teaching students to teachers in higher vocational colleges.
