Higher Vocational Education Development in China Empirical Analysis of
Abstract: China’s higher vocational education after 20 years of practice and construction, has developed into an important type of education has become China’s development of higher education must rely on an important force. However, in the development process, higher vocational education is also faced with the pace of development too quickly, meaning the building of weakness, a serious shortage of investment, regional development, harmony and other issues. Therefore, the need for Government to create a harmonious development of higher vocational education policy environment, establish a fair education, fiscal policy, vigorously promote the harmonious development of regional higher vocational education, concentrating on strengthening the foundation of quality engineering capacity-building.

The 20th century, early 80s, along with China’s economic development and the acceleration of the pace of reform and opening up, a group of local-oriented, service economy, culture techniques applied talents emerged as the goal of the Vocational College. After 20 years of practice and construction of higher vocational education has become an important type of education. The scale of its development, accounting for half of the country has become China’s development of higher education must rely on an important force for China’s economic construction and trained a number of much-needed technology talents and high-skilled personnel.
