Higher Vocational College class teacher’s work of ‘love’ and ‘reason’
[Abstract] In this paper, literature, expert interviews and other methods, by ‘love’ and ‘reason’ analysis of the role and use of means to enhance the class teacher of the ‘love’ and ‘reason’ attention to the class teacher for the higher vocational colleges work of reference.

1 Introduction
Vocational education is an important component of higher education in China, but also China’s implementation of a talent strategy in an important position. Vocational College is the class teacher is not only a class organizer and leader, but also development of students taught on the road guides. Vocational college students faced with immature physiological and psychological state of development, as well as assertive personality traits, ‘love’ and ‘reasonable’ working methods of the class teacher in higher vocational colleges work seems particularly important. Class teacher school students is a microcosm of educational administration, and only to promote a harmonious and healthy development of the class in order to effectively build harmonious campus.
2 status of vocational college students
2.1 Vocational College students in the state of mind
