Abstract: Higher Vocational Education and Skills applied the objective of fostering talent, decided to vocational senior high school students with learning the structure and regular college students is different. Transmission of different types of knowledge are also different, higher vocational education should be through an open-type school to reinforce the implicit knowledge of teaching in order to solve the current vocational education, such as exist in market positioning is not accurate, educational concepts are not clear, lack of teaching resources, teaching methods, outdated and so on.

1, China’s vocational education, the existing main problems
Into the 21st century, with the overall socio-economic progress, the rapid development of China’s higher vocational education, higher education in China has become an important part of the field. As applied in order to cultivate high-quality skilled manpower as the main objective of this emerging field of education, the rapid development, there are many problems. Is mainly reflected in three aspects: (1) some institutions are not accurate market positioning, professional setting unreasonable. (2) The school mission is not clear, curriculum unreasonable, insufficient skills, practical courses. (3) lack of teaching resources, teaching methods, outdated, difficult to adapt to the changes in training objectives. A result, the quality of vocational education graduates is not high, it is difficult to achieve “high-quality skills in application-oriented” This educational goals of the requirements, unable to meet the market “skills of applied talent” needs.
