Abstract: This year is the first large-scale independent college graduates leave the campus graduates recognized by the community as a process, therefore, employment, work has become an independent college, one of the major problems facing. In this paper, do the work of independent college student employment as a starting point, analysis of independent college student employment status and problems, suggested a solution independent college student employment response.

The past decade, the countries actively encourage and support various forms of school and university enrollment dramatically against the backdrop of China’s higher education has been developing rapidly. The number of college graduates in 2007 a record high of 4.95 million people, a net increase of 820,000 over 2006.
