Methodology/Principal Findings: Untreated esophageal endoscopic biopsy specimens were obtained from 64 patients undergoingsurgeryandchemoradiation.UsingDNAmicroarraytechnology,genome-widegeneexpressionprofilingwas performedon75untreatedcancerspecimensfrom64EACpatients.Byapplyingvariousstatisticalandinformaticalmethods togeneexpressiondata,wediscovereddistinctsubgroupsofEACwithdifferencesinoverallgeneexpressionpatternsand identifiedpotentialbiomarke
