It constructs a new endogenous growth model , derives the equilibrium solution by tbe Hamilton function , and compares 由e results between new model and the former two models. It finds 由at the human capital and RD capital 缸e important to boost economic growth , but the production efficiency of human capital department is more important than these. Then , this paper uses panel data of Chinas 31 provinces from 2∞8 to 2013 to carηout the empirical research.τhe empirical results prove the correctness of the theoretical results.
