The corresponding coordi2 nate points, wh ich can be calculated by sample programming of MATLAB language and the curves and surfaces is gen2 erated by using curve command in Pro/ E4. 0.Then the surfaces can be merged and materialized by materialized com2 mand. Compared with the present programming methods, this method has the follow traits as simple and easy to under2 stand, conven ient to design, good generality, and can sign ificantly improve the efficiency of globoidal cam 3D model2 ing.
