脂肪肝患者细胞因子水平与胰岛素抵抗关系 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清脂联素、TNF-α、hsCRP以及IL-6等脂源性细胞因子水平以及胰岛素抵抗情况，并分析其与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法 选取非酒精性脂肪肝患者20例以及健康体检者20例，检测所有患者血清脂联素、TNF-α、hsCRP、IL-6、空腹胰岛素以及空腹血糖，计算出胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)，并分析ISI与血清脂联素、TNF-α、hsCRP以及IL-6相关性。结果 非酒精性脂肪肝患者HDL-C水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；而TC,TG以及LDL-C水平两组差异不显著(P＞0.05)；非酒精性脂肪肝患者TNF-α、IL-6以及hsCRP水平均高于对照组，而血清脂联素、ISI则低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；非酒精性脂肪肝患者ISI与血清脂联素水平呈正相关，r值为0.801；与TNF-α、IL-6以及hsCRP呈负相关，r值分别为0.768，0.770与0.681，且相关都有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 非酒精性脂肪肝患者中血清脂联素、TNF-α、hsCRP以及IL-6等脂源性细胞因子分泌紊乱，是胰岛素抵抗发生的原因之一。 　　?ぁ竟丶?词】非酒精性脂肪肝；细胞因子；胰岛素抵抗?? 　　文章编号：1003-1383(2008)03-0257-02中图分类号：R 575.5文献标识码：A?? 　　 　　The relationship between cytokines level and insulin resistance??in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease 　　WU Hanwei?? 　　(Pengpai Commemorating Hospital of Haifeng,Guangdong516400，China)?お? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship and correlation between lipid-cytokines level and insulin resistance in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. 　　Methods 20 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (the NAFLD group) and 20 patients without NAFLD(the control group) were chosen in our study.
