Methods:Theaimofourstudywastotreatamelanomametastasisinthethighof apatient.Treatmentplanningforelectrodepositioningandelectricalpulse parameterswasperformedfortwodifferentelectrodeconfigurations:onewithfour andanotherwithfivelongneedleelectrodes.Duringtheprocedure,thefour electrodetreatmentplanwasadoptedandthepatientwastreatedaccordinglyby electrochemotherapywithbleomycin.Theresponsetotreatmentwasclinicallyand radiographicallyevaluated.Duetoapartialresponseofthetreatedtumor,the metastasiswassurgicallyremovedafter2monthsandpathologicalanalysiswas performed. Results:Apartialresponseofthetumortoelectrochemotherapywasobtained. Histologically,themetastasisshowedpartialnecrosisduetoelectrochemotherapy, estimatedtorepresent40-50%ofthetumor.Basedonthedataobtained,were- evaluatedtheelectricaltreatmentparametersinordertocorrelatethetreatment planwiththeclinicalresponse.Electrodepositionsinthenumericalmodelwere updatedaccordingtotheactualpositionsduringtreatment.Wecomparedthe maximumvalueofthemeasuredelectriccurrentwiththecurrentpredictedbythe modelandgoodagreementwasobtained.Finally,tumorcoveragewithanelectric fieldabovethereversiblethresholdwasrecalculatedanddeterminedtobe approximately94%.Therefore,a
