Casereport:WereportheretwocasesofwelldifferentiatedHCCwithanunusualreticulinstainingpattern.A stronglypositivereticulinnetworkwaspreservedwithinthetumor,whichsurroundedindividualtumorcellsina monolayeredtrabecularpattern.Atthesametime,anincreasedCD34stainwaspresentinthetumor. Conclusions:ThisunusualreticulinpatternrepresentspartofthediversereticulinstainingpatternsseeninHCC.
