Results:Seventy-fiveisolatesofV.choleraewererecoveredfromicesamplescollectedfromdifferentlocationsof Jakarta.Specifically,19ofthemwereidentifiedasO1serotype,16wereOgawa,3isolateswereInabaandthe remainingisolateswerenon-O1.ThefingerprintingprofilesofV.choleraeisolatedfromicesampleswerevery diverse. Conclusion:ThisresultshowedthattheERICsequenceismoreinformativeanddiscriminativethanREPsequence foranalysisofV.choleraediversity.
