In the thesis, firstly, the author discusses several problems of national corporations . Secondly, how ownership affects corporate governance. Thirdly, how to adjust inner corporate governance. Our government has reformed national corporate property rights for years, and the national corporations ’ structure of property rights has been adjusted. But there are still several problems of national corporations, such as, the responsibility doesn’t accord with rights and interests, the client restricts feebly the surrogate, private property rights doesn’t combine consequently with national property rights.
