青海大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Abstract Objective Explore the ratio of neutrophils and lymphocytes in the clinical value and significance prognosis of gastric cancer ，and further guidance on the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods Statistics Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University gastric cancer patients undergoing surgery and pathological data of 157 cases, including 108 cases of male patients (accounting for 68.8%) and 49 female patients (31.2%) ，with an average age of 65.3 years (35- 76 years old). Check the patient before surgery lymphocyte count ， neutrophil count ，and calculate NLR value based on the data obtained in patients. The NLR≥5.0 as high NLR group，NLR 5.0 as low NLR group analysis NLR value with age，gender， lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, tumor differentiation, tumor infiltration depth relationship between interaction. And visited the survey data were analyzed NLR clinical value in the prognosis of gastric resection patients. Results 1.The two groups in lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, there are significant differences between tumor invasion.2. lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, tumor invasion may affect the prognosis of patients.3. Multivariate analysis revealed that gastric NLR may be independent clinical prognostic factors in patients with gastric cancer defined. Conclusion Lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, tumor invasion and preoperative gastric there is a close positive correlation between NLR, can affect the development of tumor pathology.
