Abstract: The traditional training model of guides out of touch with the social demands, so as to modern educational thinking, to system theory-based, and skilled personnel to train tour guides the direction, from the needs of the community, teaching mode, the angle of the contingent of teachers, proposed personnel system reform skilled guides and practice methods.

Vocational and Technical Institute and general institutions of higher learning is different from the direction of its personnel training to practical-based. [1] However, in the cultivation of professional tour guides, this concept has not been well represented. Guide graduate students are often rich in theoretical knowledge, while the skills shortage. Vocational and Technical College on how to market requirements, culture and seamless docking positions guide talent, is still worth exploring. We believe that the Vocational and Technical College and skilled guides talents should be based on the ability to guide people as the center, from determining the orientation of training, integration of vocational education ideas to build a skilled guide people’s knowledge and ability; and on this basis, the optimization of knowledge and reasonable courses, build teaching mode, and optimize the teacher, and several other links to start to carry out reform of the system and practice to meet the train skilled guides the talented people.
