[Abstract] With the social development, the Chinese students career to find a job problem has become increasingly prominent, the Chinese schools have to apply a different way to start the career guidance of students. In accordance with applicable professional maturity of the different objects can be divide into three forms: courses and seminars, professional psychological assessment, career counseling, including career counseling individuals and groups have divided. These types of vocational guidance, to promote to small, from shallow and deep, from theory to application, each with a different scope and the advantages and disadvantages.
