Shen Cong-wen#39;s Border Town in the Taoist Interpretation of Ecological Ideas Summary: Shen’s masterpiece “Border Town”, was regarded as a classic of modern ecology, fully embodies the Taoist idea unique and profound ecological implication. In his consciousness, by its very nature is “fit between man and nature.” Paper tries to Daoist ecology perspective on the “Border Town” re-interpreted with a view to excavation works that contain a unique significance and value. Keywords:: “Border Town” Ecological Interpretation of Taoism Taoism is an important feature of the ecological thinking of advocating nature, respect the laws of nature, through the awe of all life and thus improve the human’s own life. This idea of the Chinese literati aesthetic generations had a significant impact. Shen Cong-wen’s the impact of popular Taoist thought, but he advocated a “new Taoism”, mainly embodied in people’s natural life forms call.
