Abstract: Since 2002, Peking University, has been the development of undergraduate tutorial system, now there are many colleges and universities have adopted mentoring undergraduates. Undergraduate tutorial system is to organize disciplines (academic) leaders and teaching and research backbone of teachers to form a high level of instructor team responsible for the ideological and political students, learning and life, individual guidance to students of talent cultivation system. Essence of mentoring undergraduates is “an interactive open, integrated innovation.” Undergraduate Tutorial can be divided into: Undergraduate full system, and undergraduate grade mentoring, research mentoring, ideological and political education system, and full system, and outstanding mentoring of students.
