青海大学硕士学位论文 目录 Abstract Objective Determine the level of serum IL-22 and hs-CRP in SAP patients,MAP patients and normal peoples,study the relation between IL-22 、hs-CRP and AP disease activity ,then provide new train of thought for AP，clinical early diagnosis and condition judgment 。 Methods Detect the levels of serum IL-22 and hd-CRP in 13 SAP patients ,22 MAP patients and 25 normal peoples by ELISA. Results (1)The level of serum IL-22 and hs-CRP in SAP patients and MAP patients are significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05) and that in SAP patients is the highest (P0.05); （2 ）The level of serum hs-CRP in AP patients has positive correlation between the level of IL-22 .
