青海大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Abstract Objective:I did this experiment is to observe the efficacy of treating NS with Ketosreril and low-protein diet. Methods :I selected forty-eight patients with nephrotic syndrome from March 2013 to June 2014 in Qinghai Peoples Hospital.According the minimal change focal segmental glomerular sclerosis.These patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were given the hormone,calcium,protect the gastric mucosa anticoa mucosa,anticoagulation symptomatic treatment;Observation group were given in conjunction with the Ketosreril of such treatment with plus low-protein diet.Then I checked the two groups patients of urinary protein,albumin,cholesterol,edea,infection, rate, ncidence of hrombosis in the fourth week,the eighth week,the twelfth week. Results :Observation group and control group had no significant difference in urinary protein excretion,serum albumin,lipid in four weeks,eight weeks and twelve weeks. The incidence of infection in observation group in four weeks,eight weeks and twelve weeks was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant. Conclusion:Observation group and control group had no significant difference in urinary protein excretion,serum albumin,lipid in four weeks,eight weeks and twelve weeks.
