No. 8 .临床研究. 2008 ,_, 2012 年广西各级医院椎管内麻醉神经 系统并发症初步调查分析 何亚军刘敬臣 【摘要】 目的 调查 2008~2012 年广西各级医院椎管内麻醉使用情况，并对神经系统并发症 进行初步分析。方法 收集 64 家广西各级医院椎管内麻醉神经系统并发症调查表，根据人口统计 学和临床特征计算麻醉相关并发症的发生率及治愈率，并进行统计学分析。结果 64 家医院中，报 告神经并发症的医院有 37 家，其中兰甲医院 17 家。椎管内麻醉患者共502 717例，神经并发症 205 例(0.04%) .其中硬膜外麻醉并发症明显少于腰-硬联合麻醉和腰麻(P0.01) 。在所有并发症中， 短暂神经综合征CTNS) 发生率最高，其次是脊神经损伤。 TNS 患者均完全康复，而脊神经损伤康复 率只有 48% 。结论椎管内麻醉中硬膜外麻醉神经系统并发症发生率最低。大多数神经系统并发 症是可以完全治愈的。 【关键词】 椎管内麻醉;神经系统并发症 A preliminar飞y analysis of neurol咂α1 complications after intrathecaJ anesthesia at all levels hωpitals in Guangxi HE Ya-jun.
