A, Xinjiang University College English Teaching Situation
Since February 2004, the Ministry of Education introduced a new ‘College English Curriculum Requirements’ will be replaced by the past, mainly to hear the main reading. Accordingly, the teaching of English be divided into ‘General requirements’, ‘high demand’ and ‘higher demand’ three levels.
