心得体会~公寓 608年9月，我很幸运的成为标三楼管会的一员。也是从那时开始，我的生活也发生了一些变化。 在标三楼管会呆了有一年的时间，从当初的盲目到现在的坚持，我想我一直都在成长，一直都在学习，也从中获益。 我承认楼管会是一个比较累人的部门，有时候，真的会很忙，工作到很晚。会有抱怨。 可到现在，回想起过去一年所作的工作，真是想法颇多。 我觉得学生干部做好自己的本职工作需要“三心”，即耐心、细心和责任心。当工作繁多时，我们学生干部就要有充分的耐心；当工作比较烦琐时，我们学生干部就要有十分细心，“三心”之中责任心最重要，一个学生干部没有责任心，是绝对是不称职的。在楼管会工作期间，这“三心”更显得格外的重要。我们的工作时间与性质决定着我们工作的方法与态度。我们要时刻注意着。 在作好本职工作的基础上，要培养团队合作能力和处理突发事件的能力，我们的工作室要和楼栋的人打交道，这些事各色各样的人，他们的脾气不一，有时一点点的事情也会惹到他们，这时我们就需要争强我们内部人员的团队能力，要学会面对各色各样的人和各种可能发生的事。处理好人与事的关系，是我们做好本职工作的重点之一。如果发生突发事件，尽量想办法处理，事后总结时在分析它形成的原因，和处理方法，以供今后借鉴，避免自己再犯同样的错误。 学生最重要的事情是学习。在做好楼管会的工作期间，也要兼顾自己的学习。我认为工作会在一定程度上影响学习，但如们这些人已经学会利用休息时间来抓紧学习，或利用休息时间完成工作而不占用学习时间，我想工作对学习的影响也是轻微的。 这是我一年的工作总结，可以说：这也是一次自我反省的机会，我希望以后我们的团队会越来越好。 6 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
