地圖伺服器開發之系統分析 System analysis to the development of a web map server 沈志全1 張哲豪 2 高英勛 3 廖英博4 Jhih-Cyuan Shen Che-Hao Chang Ying-Hsun Kao Ying-Po Liao 摘 要 本文利用商業軟體、自由軟體、自行開發 Web mapper 1.0 建製洪氾區展示系 統進行測試，探討自行開發 Webmapper 地圖伺服器改版系統分析過程。參考目前 現有 WebGIS 功能與 OGC Web Service規格加以整理，並以 Webmapper1.0 系統在 使用上所面臨的問題加以分類，提出系統需求。在新系統 Webmapper2.0的分析上 採用物件導向分析方式，選用UML作為系統分析之文件，並以 USECASE 方法進 行規格與功能進行探討，提出結合模式計算功能之地圖伺服器架構與系統分析文 件。 關鍵字： 網路地圖伺服器、WebGIS,OGC,UML,USECASE 。 ABSTRACT By the benchmark of development for floodplain presentation system using commercial software, open-source software and Webmapper1.0, this paper indicates an improvement experience for Webmapper 1.0. We proposed the necessary specifications for web map server in terms of integrating with two essential directions. One is to survey the current funtionalities of WebGIS and OGC Web Service specifications, and the other is to classify the problems within Webmapper 1.0. Therefore, the functionalities and architecture of Webmapper 2.0, the latest version, was proposed. It was developed by the methodology of Object-Oriented analysis and design. UML is applied for system planning and USECASE is applied for analyzing user requirements and system responses. Accordingly, the system analysis documents for web map server and the framework which is further integrated with the function for customized computational model are proposed.
