浅析中小型企业校园招聘 流程的实施与优化
摘 要
中小企业是我国社会经济发展的主力军。宏观经济环境的改善酝酿的新一轮的发展机遇促使中小企业对高素质、高技能的劳动者表现出日益强烈的渴望与快速的需求增长。校园招聘逐渐成为中小型企业获取上述新生、优质人力资源诉求的重要途径,同时也是企业树立企业形象、宣传企业文化、增加企业知名度的重要途径。本文在分析企业校园招聘的目的性与必要性的基础上,梳理了现有中小型企业校园招聘流程设计的一般原则与实施流程,然后针对现有招聘流程的优缺点,提出优化校园招聘效果的措施。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the mainstay of Chinas social and economic development. The improvement of macroeconomic environment of new opportunities of development of small and medium-sized enterprises to high skill of laborer showed strong desire for more rapid growth with the demand. Campus recruitment gradually not only become that small and medium-sized enterprises obtain the new demands of human resources, but also is an important way to establish a corporate image and propaganda enterprise culture, and is an important way to increase awareness. Based on the analysis of the campus recruitment purpose and necessity, and on the basis of the existing SMEs campus recruitment process design principles and the implementation process, and the advantages and disadvantages of existing recruitment process, and puts forward the measures to optimize campus recruitment effect.
Campus recruitment process is not only the candidates of the selection process as well as contacts with the outside world an important window. In practice, different sectors, the problems faced by different enterprises vary, so recruiters must pay attention to their own reality, the use of systematic contingency management thinking and ideas to guide the activities of the entire campus recruitment. Enterprises should take full account of the specificity of the campus recruitment, according to the characteristics of corporate culture, develop a scientific, orderly, and suitable for the enterprise campus recruitment program to complete the recruitment process, so that graduates and businesses to achieve win-win objective.
