胃液潜血阳性的临床应用 【摘要】 目的 评价胃液潜血阳性（尤其是在诊断胃内出血或恶性肿瘤时）的临床 应用 价值。 方法 用化学法和免疫胶体金法两种方法对其检测。结果 化学法检测阳性105例，弱阳性4例，阴性8例；胶体金法检测阳性84例，弱阳性22例，阴性11例。结论 化学法特异性较差，灵敏度较低；胃液潜血阳性不能作为判断胃内出血或恶性肿瘤的一项客观独立指标。 【关键词】 胃液潜血阳性； 化学法； 胶体金法 Clinical value of positive occult blood in gastric juice 【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical value of positive occult blood in gastric juice.Methods Collect gastric juice of 117 patients from January 2005 to April 2006.Measurement with chemical method and one step fecal occult blood test respectively.Results 105 patients were positive，4 patients were infirm positive and 8 patien
