漂粉精生产用离心机设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMATI PAGE  摘 要 卧式沉降离心机，是工业上常用的离心机的一种，作为目前国家所重点鼓励发展的环保产业设备一种，主要用于城市中的工业废水和生活污水的固液分离，进而实现污水的无害排放、从新回收和再利用。离心机能够分离液相和固体颗粒、液相与液相的二相混合物，也可以分离液相、液相与固相颗粒的三相混合物。本次毕业设计的题目是漂粉精生产用沉降离心机设计，主要作用是将氯化反应浆料和水进行分离，在本次毕业设计中，工作计划如下，首先，针对目前离心机的使用情况进行一些描述，将国内外离心机的发展进行一些概括；其次，根据本次设计要求，参考相关设计手册，对离心机的结构和主要零部件进行设计与选型；最后，完成图纸设计，编制设计说明书。 关键词：卧式，离心机，漂粉精生产，转鼓，螺旋输送器漂粉精生产用离心机设计 PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIV Abstract Horizontal sedimentation centrifuge, is one of the commonly centrifuge equipment used in centrifuge industry, at present, the country is encourage the development of environmental protection industry equipment, sedimentation centrifuge is one of the most important.
