Methods The clinical data of 10 patients who occurred severe dissection and surgery- related complications from January 2008 to January 2015 in Gansu Provincial Hospital was collected and then analyzed the causes and corresponding control methods of its occurrence. Results 10 patients occurred severe dissection and surgery-related complications after TEVAR, included 8 men and 2 women, mean age (54 13) years, range 34-70 years. Four cases retrograded and caused type A dissection. Six cases occurred ischemic stroke.
