天津职业技术师范大学 Tianjin University of Technology and Education 毕 业 设 计 专 业： 汽车维修工程教育 班级学号： 汽修0913 – 07 学生姓名： 王晨光 指导教师： 尤明福 教授 二〇一四年六月 天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计 新速腾０9G变速器实验台设计 Design new soar team 09 G transmission test bench 专业班级：汽修0913班 学生姓名：王晨光 指导教师：尤明福 教授 学 院：汽车与交通学院 2014年6月 摘 要 速腾新型的6档自动变速器09G代表了多级自动变速器的最新发展，它在经济性、动力性和舒适性方面为其同类产品设立了新的标准。本设计以09G自动变速器实验台为研究对象，在掌握09G自动变速器的结构、动力的传动路线、电液控制原理、电路分析和对大量该变速器的故障现象了解的基础上，设计该变速器的实验台。 由于09G自动变速器结构复杂，零件多，精密度高，导致教学和维修较困难。该实验台能够在教学过程中进行功能演示，同时还能够进行故障模拟、故障分析、故障诊断，为该变速器的检修提供依据，并增强了教学的直观性，能够将复杂的问题简单化，克服了传统教学中理论讲授与实践操作相脱离的弊病，使学生较容易地掌握自动变速器的工作原理、工作过程和故障诊断方法,能够将教学做，显著提高教学效果 本设计以09G自动变速器实验台为研究对象，在掌握09G自动变速器的结构、动力的传动路线、电液控制原理、电路分析和对大量该变速器的故障现象了解的基础上，设计该变速器的实验台。 关键词：09G自动变速器；实验台设计；故障分析  ABSTRACT Soar team new six-speed automatic transmission 09G represents the latest development of multi-stage automatic transmission, it in the aspect of economy, power performance and comfort is setting new standards for its products. Used as a kind of new products, in order to make the vocational education personnel and maintenance personnel can better analysis and interpretation of the 09G electro-hydraulic control principle of the automatic transmission, electrical control circuit connection, and can be more intuitive analysis of the transmission fault phenomenon, specifically designs the transmission test bench. Due to the complexity of 09G automatic transmission structure, parts, precision is high, lead to teaching and maintenance more difficult. The test bench can function demo in the teaching process, at the same time also can fault simulation, fault analysis, fault diagnosis, provide the basis for the transmission of maintenance, and enhance the teaching of visual, cluster analysis can be used, to overcome the traditional teaching theory teaching and practice in the phase from the ills of operation, make the students more easily grasp the working principle, working process of the automatic transmission and fault diagnosis
