Project Description 皮带机作为重要的运输设备，应用十分广泛，然而在皮带机运行过程中，容易发生托辊损坏、断带、纵撕、跑偏、打滑、堆煤、火灾等各种事故，再加上皮带机巷道内环境恶劣，不利于巡检工及时发现问题，急需一种矿用皮带机巡检机器人，把巡检工从恶劣的工作环境中解脱出来，减轻劳动强度、降低劳动风险，及时发现皮带机运行过程中出现的问题，大大降低皮带机的非正常停机时间。 A belt conveyor as important transportation equipment is applied quite widely, but in the course of running, it easily suffers various accidents such as carrier roller damage, breakage, longitudinal splitting, deflection, skidding, coal stacking, fire disaster, etc; additionally, the poor environment of a belt conveyor roadway is unbeneficial to the timely discovery of problems by routing inspection staffs; therefore, a routing inspection robot for the mining belt conveyor is urgently needed to liberate the routing inspection staffs from the poor working environment, decrease labor intensity, lower labor risks and timely discover problems which occur during the running process of the belt conveyor; in this way, the improper stop time of the belt conveyor is reduced greatly. 唐山开诚集团研发的矿用皮带机巡检机器人填补了国内空白，主要包括机器人本体、传动系统、控制系统和通讯系统，它是一个集机器人、计算机、移动通讯和矿用防爆等技术于一体的多学科相互交叉、融合的系统。机器人本体在柔性传动系统的作用下，实现从皮带机机头到机尾的全线范围内的移动巡检，能够连续采集、存储、传输现场的图像、声音、温度、烟雾等数据，通过对数据的分析，判断是否存在设备故障以及故障位置。该皮带机巡检机器人突破了多项关键技术：长距离巷道内无线移动防爆通讯、防爆环境下移动设备的能源供应及快速充电、柔性轨道系统如何适应狭窄的安装空间和由于地压造成的巷道变形、关联于巷道位置信息的图像声音的采集与处理、移动过程中非接触式快速准确的温度采集。 The routing inspection robot for the mining belt conveyor researched and developed by Tangshan Kaicheng Electric Control Equipment Group Co., Ltd., has filled the domestic blanks, and mainly comprises a robot body, a transmission system, a control system and a communication system; it is a multidisciplinary interconnected blended system which is integrated with the techniques of robot, computer, mobile communication, mining
