基于视频分析的泪膜破裂时间检测方法

摘 要 ：泪膜破裂时间（BLT)检测是眼科临床中用于诊断干眼症的主要方法，用于评估泪膜质量及其稳定性。本文通过分析泪膜
视频，提出了一种泪膜破裂时间计算机辅助检测方法。该方法首先将泪膜视频分割成不同的检测段,然后在每个检测段中提取感
兴趣的区域，最终根据出现泪膜破裂特征的帧数及其帧率得出泪膜破裂时间。此方法已经通过了一个包含9段泪膜视频的数据集
的测试，检测结果达到了专业眼科医生的水准。

Detection method for tear film break-up time based on video analysis

Abstract ： Tear film Break-up Time ( BUT ) is the main diagnostic method of dry eye in the ophthalmology clinical , which is
used to evaluate the quality and stability of tear film . Through analyzing the tear film video , this paper proposes the detection
method aided with computer vision . In this paper,video segmented into different testing period at first , and then the region of
interest extracted in each test period . Eventually , the BUT gotten based on frame rate and number of frames which break
areas appear.This method has been tested on a data set consisting of 9 videos . The detection has reached the level of
professional eye doctors .
