·综述 · 感染后咳嗽的中医临床辨治进展 王月娇摇 壮健 揖摘要铱摇 感染后咳嗽是呼吸科常见疾病,临床以咳嗽为主要表现。 中医学将其归为久咳、顽 咳。 感染后咳嗽的中医辨治十分繁复。 综合分析已有的临床报道,感染后咳嗽当从风、燥、痰等论 治,风邪恋肺、燥伤肺阴、痰饮伏肺为主要证型。 感染后咳嗽亦与脏腑相关,肝火犯肺是其发生的常 见病因。 气阴不足是咳嗽反复发作的内在机制。 感染后咳嗽常用治法为祛风宣肺、润肺养阴、化痰 逐饮、清肝理气、扶正益气。 常用方药为三拗汤、止嗽散、桑杏汤、麦门冬汤、小青龙汤、泻白散、小柴 胡汤、玉屏风散等加减。 揖关键词铱摇 感染后咳嗽;摇 中医辨治;摇 综述 揖中图分类号铱摇 R256.11摇 揖文献标识码铱摇 A摇 doi:10郾3969/ j郾issn郾1674鄄1749郾2017郾05郾034 Recent progress of TCM in research of diagnosis and treatment of post鄄infectious cough摇 WANG Yuejiao,ZHUANGJian. It isclassified asfrequent cough intraditional Chinesemedicine. Etiology and pathogenesis of post鄄infectious cough in traditional Chinese medicine are complicated. Comprehensive analysis of the clinical report think the wind evil fu lung,dryness evil attacking lung yin,phlegm evil attacking lung collaterals,liver鄄fire attacking lung,the deficiency of qiyin are main syndromes of post鄄 infectious cough. Expelling wind and open the inhibited lung鄄energy,moistening the lung and moistening yin,removing phlegm, cleaning away the liver鄄fire and invigorating qiyin are main treatment methods.
