AßSTRACf Recently stem cell p1asticity has 缸ouse great interests in st臼n cell research for its potential
therapeutic app1ication in degenerative or inherited disea民s. Transp1antation of bone marrow-derived stem cells
in vivo has been shown to give rise to cells of muscl巴 ， 1iver,nerve ,endothe1ium ，巳pithelium etc. But there 缸e still
disputes as to ster丑 cell p 1asticity ,as is in the case of ∞ntribution of bone marrow-derived cell to skin cells. Here
we show that cells oo-purified from bone m凹owm巳senchymal stern cells can evidently give riseωskin tissue in
vivo. In the pr岱ent study , we first iso1ated and expanded bone marrow-derived multipotentiar让 mesenchymal
stem cells from BALB/C mice(H-2Kd ,white hair ) ,then co-transp 1anted thern with certain bone marrow cells
