DEALING CONTRACT CODE﹕JS020047 Part A﹕ Part B﹕ (BUYER) (SELLER) In order to protect the rights and interests of both buyer and seller, to define respective responsibilities, to get long term cooperation, both part A and part B make agreement as follows, which must be obeyed: According to both agreement, deal material includes below﹕ Material description Measurement unit Quantity Currency Unit price As per order As per price approved by both A. Quality terms﹕ Quality requirements﹕perform according to quality standards approved by both parts. Part B must match up the special requirements put forward by part A. Quality standards﹕ as per the drawing and sample provided or approved by part A. When revision occurs, part B must get the document approval from part A, and oral agreement must not work. For the drawing and other data provided by part A, part B must verify if there is valid stamp on them, otherwise, these data only can be used for reference, but not quality standard. When part B receives the new version drawing or other data provided by part A, part B must return by confirming and send back old version to part A, Otherwise, part B have to be responsible for the loss incurred by misusing data by part B. During production performed by part B, if mold/jig damage or version change occurs, part B must notify part A and re-send sample to part A, and only begin production after getting approval of part A. When part B ships out to part A, Outgoing Inspection Report of Products must be attached. For those agents of IC/transistor, etc. who cannot provide this report, Quality Assurance Sheet must be attached. For the material provided by part B, part A will check and judge material according to the sample and approval sheet provided to part B and perform as per inspection standard of MIL-STD-105E.
