第 12 卷第10 期 中国安全生产科学技术 Vo l. 12 No. 10 2016 年 10 月 Jouma1 of Safety Science and Techno10gy Oct. 2016 文章编号: 1673 -193X(2016) 币 10 - 0178 - 07 企业文化与企业安全文化建设水平互动效应研究* 撒占友 ， 刘凯利，马池香，李 磊，张辉 (青岛理工大学安全科学与工程系，山东青岛 266520) 摘 要:为提高企业安全文化建设水平，基于人类协同国际环形和企业安全文化建设水平评价指标设计调查问卷，以 赛轮金字股份有限公司为研究对象，对其企业文化和企业安全文化建设水平进行相关性分析和多元逐步回归分析，探 索二者的互动效应，从企业文化角度发掘安全文化建设重点。 结果表明，自我实现文化、亲和文化、传统文化、成就文 化与企业安全文化建设水平高度正相关，逃避文化则呈现高度负相关， 其相关系数(绝对值)均在 0.9 以上;同时，多元 逐步回归分析中，以上 5 个文化规则均进入回归方程，其标准化回归系数β 分别为: 0.395 、 0. 1 82 、 0. 1 69 、 0.129 、 - 0.145 。 因此，这 5 种文化规则对企业安全文化建设水平具有很高的预测力，是企业安全文化建设的重点所在。 关键词:企业文化;企业安全文化建设水平;人类协同国际环形;相关性分析;多元逐步回归分析 中图分类号:X921 文献标志码:A doi : 10. 11731/j. issn. 1673-193x. 2016. 10. 030 Study on interactive effect between enterprise culture and enterprise safety culture construction level SA Zhanyou , LIU Kaili , MA Chixiang , LI Lei , ZHANG Hui (Department of Safety Science and Technology.
