Methods 1、irty-eight ca剧创(38 eyes) of serious ocular trauma ín chíl- dren collected from Jan. 2008 to Nov. 20 I 0 were analysed retrospectiv哟， which were underwent vítreoreti- nal sur伊ry in our hospital given by the same doctor. Results In the 38 cases.the children cooper田ed with visual acuity examination in 30 cωes. The vision of 17 eyes ímproved (56.67%) , 11 eyes remaíned un- changed (36.67% ) •and 2 eyes worsen (6.66% ) ,and 8 children could nol cωperate. 14 cases had underg- one 凶ilicone oil extraction.
