Its unique cooking style and local flavor make it world-renowned. However , the current situation is the various mistranslations of Si chuan dishes that make obstacles for the foreign tourists. In order to unifyand standardize a translation of Sichuan food including snacks , Chengdu Quality Technology Supervision Bureau has promulgated the standard called English ]apanese and Korean Translations of Famous Sichuan Dishes and Snacks (DB510100/T 022-2009).
