M eth od s　T he data of patien t w ith colorectal polyp diagno ed in the D ige tive Endo copy Cen ter at N an fang H o pital from January 2002 to July 2005 were reviewed and the detection rate, endo copic appearance, pit pattern and hi topatholog ical feature of SA were analy zed. R esu lts　In 1928(16.2 1%) out of 11 894 patient undergo ing colon copy 2811 polyp w ere found. Am ong them 6 1 patient w ith 71 polyp w ere found, w ith a detection rate of 0.5 1%. The SA , larger than hyperpla tic polyp obv iou ly, were found in patien t 39.44% w ith d iam eter (larger than 1 cm ). T he incidence of peduncu lated polyp in SA (26.76%)wa h igher than that in hyperp la tic polyp (13.25%), but le than in adenom atou polyp (43.95%). The p it pattern of SA , were type Ⅲ pit pattern (41.67%) and type Ⅳ p it pattern (18.33%), th i re u lt wa mi ilar to adenom atou polyp .
