摘要
招聘工作是整个企业人力资源管理工作的起点。随着我国经济飞速发展,市场竞争日趋激烈,,人才已成为企业发展的必要条件之一。一个国家、一个地区、一个企业,要想取得发展的先机,占领主动地位,靠的就是人才。不管是谁,只要有了人才,并充分发挥其作用,就可以战胜一切困难取得竞争的胜利,就可取得理想的经济效益。然而如何获得组织需要的人才这就要通过本文所提到的招聘这一人力资源管理工作来实现的。那么对人力资源招聘的重视和投入就显的尤为重要。有效的人力资源招聘能够提高员工的素质、胜任能力与学习能力,进而能提升企业的核心竞争能力。本文的研究目的就是希望公司能建立起一套比较完善的企业招聘体系,提高企业整体竞争能力。本文首先对现有企业招聘的一些相关理论知识进行概述,然后对西门子医疗器械有限公司的人力资源招聘状况进行分析,通过对公司的招聘方面存在的问题及原因进行分析,提出了一些相关的建议和应对方法,这些方法能帮助完善公司招聘体系,从而提高企业招聘的效率,使企业在竞争中脱颖而出。
