纤维性骨皮质缺损的MRI诊断与鉴别诊断_曹瑛.pdf

·1572 · 西部医学 20 11 年8 月 第23 卷第8 期　M ed J West China, A ug u st 2011, Vo .23, N o.8 MRI 曹　瑛,王　忠, 付　兵,彭竹琴,黄凌波 (M R I , 6 11130) 　　【】　　探讨纤维性骨皮质缺损的M RI 表现及其鉴别诊断。　 32 例经随访观察1 ～4 年(26 例)、临 床病理证实(6 例)的纤维性骨皮质缺损患者的临床资料及M RI 表现进行分析, 并加以鉴别诊断。　32 例纤维性骨 皮质缺损中, 位于股骨远侧干骺端 16 例,股骨骨干下段3 例, 股骨近侧干骺端3 例, 胫骨近侧干骺端8 例, 胫骨骨干上段 2 例;右侧 17 例, 左侧 15 例;且病灶大多位于病骨后侧份, 内侧份皮质区;病灶大多呈类圆形、椭圆形, 边界清楚, 周围未 见骨膜反应及软组织肿胀, 病灶大小约0.5 ～2.6cm, 多呈稍长T 1 稍长 T2 、稍短T 2 信号, 并周围见低信号线样改变, 11 例增强扫描均有不同程度强化, 多为轻～ 中度。 14 例经随访观察, 其中7 例病灶无改变, 5 例病灶稍有缩小, 2 例发展为 非骨化性纤维瘤。　纤维骨皮质缺损的M RI 表现有 一定的特征性, 有助于该病的诊断, 并能进行鉴别诊断。 【】　纤维性骨皮质缺损;磁共振成像;鉴别诊断 【】　R 44 5.2　　【】　A 　　【】　DO I:10.3969/j .issn.1672-35 11.2011.0 8.75 MRI Findings of fibrous cortical defect and differential diagnosis CAO Ying, WANG Zhong, FU Bing, et al (D ep ar tmen t of Rad io logy , M R I, The N o.5 H osp it al of Cheng du, Wenj ian g 6 11130, S ich uan) 　　【Abstract】　Objecti e　T o discu ss the va ue of M RI in diag no sis and diff er entia diag no sis o f f ibrou s co rtica def ect.
