Firstly , we were invited to go to the classroom where we can relax ourselves by listening to the music . Everyone put on the earphone while the music was flowing through us , secondly , we participated in two activities on the playground , including a trust fall and a three-legged race . The former one needed trust to the others, while the latter one required the spirit of teamwork . Then we came to consult the experienced teacher and the students who had already graduated about our stress . They really provided lots of useful methods dealt with pressure on the exam . Finally , the teacher organized a class meeting writing “ I must be the winner!’ on the blackboard.
