摘要:动车组车体结构件由 6∞5A 铝合金拉伸型材焊接而戚,型材内部具有不同形状的筋。镜削加工时,有时会产生筋
变形现象。切削力和工件刚度是影响切削变形的主要因素。通过对6∞5A 铝合金结构件进行切削实验,测量不同切阳
参数和镜削方式时的切削力,观测工件变形情况,分析切削力对切削变形的影响规律,优化选择切削参数和镜削方式,
为解决车体结构件镜削加工时的筋变形问题提供理论依据。

Abstract :The car body structure is welded from 6∞5A aluminum alloy profiles with ribs in different angles. While milling the c缸
body structur晤, sometimes rib deforrnations happened. Cutting force and workpiece stiffness are the main factors resulting in cut-
ting deforτnation. Cutting experiments on 6∞5A aluminum alloy structure are conducted and cutting forces are measured in di旺er
ent cutting parameters and milling modes ,and the workpiece deforrnation is observed. By means of analysis on the ribs deforrna-
tion law caused by cutting force ,cutting p町缸neters and milling modes are optimized to provide a theoretical basis of solving 出e
problem of ribs deformation in milling car body structure.
