产后大出血的原因分析与预防和护理体会 摘要：目的：探讨产妇产后大出血的发生原因与预防措施。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2009年6月收治的52例产妇产后大出血患者的临床资料。结果：产后大出血主要原因是子宫复旧不良，其次是胎盘残留，再次是软产道损伤及产褥感染。结论：产后大出血可采用清宫术、宫缩剂及抗感染等对症治疗，同时要加强护理工作。 关键词：产妇；产后大出血；护理；预防 The reason analysis, prevention and nursing experiences of post-partum haemorrhage Abstract: Objective: To investigate the reason, prevention and nursing experiences of post-partum haemorrhage.
