药事管理 Pharmaceutical Administration 临床药师在辅助治疗药物监管中的作用与实践 卢秀花, 杜瑞超 临沂市沂水中心医院，山东临沂 276400 [摘要] 目的：2013年卫计委等级医院评审专家指出“辅助治疗药物不能进入医院药物采购金额的前十名”，为顺应医疗体制改革，促进 临床辅助治疗药物的合理使用，笔者对辅助治疗药物监管模式进行探讨。方法：医院对辅助治疗药物制定相关临床应用管理措施，临床药 师开展辅助治疗药物知识讲座和辅助治疗药物处方专项点评。结果：通过医院管理措施及临床药师处方点评，临床辅助治疗药物用药量减 少，药占比从15.46%下降至10.68% ，下降明显。结论：通过医院监管及临床药师干预的监管模式，辅助治疗药物使用量的降低，将有助于 深化医疗体制改革，这对于降低药占比，降低医药费用，减轻患者负担具有实际意义。 [关键词] 辅助治疗药物；临床药师；合理用药 [中图分类号] R969.3　　[文献标识码]　A　　[文章编号]　1672-2809(2016)02-0034-03　 Practice of Supervision and Intervention for Rational Use of Adjuvant Therapeutic Drugs LU Xiu-hua, DU Rui-chao Pharmacy Department, LinYi YiShui Central Hospital, LinYi 276400 Shan Dong, China [Abstract] Objective: Some experts pointed in 2013, that the sales amount of adjuvant therapeutic drugs cannot go into the top ten of hospital drugs. This manuscript aims to explore a new method of supervision for rational use of adjuvant therapeutic drug. Methods: A new model for rational use of adjuvant therapeutic drugs with management policy has been established. Clinical pharmacists performed knowledge lectures and adjuvant therapy drug prescriptions evaluation, in order to improve clinical rational drug use. And then the effect of the mode was evaluated. Results: The rational use of adjuvant therapeutic drugs helped decreased the sales amount of adjuvant therapeutic drugs significantly. Conclusion: With the supervision of hospital managers and intervention of clinical pharmacist, irrational use of adjuvant therapeutic drugs has decreased, and promoted the clinical rational use of drug and pharmacy management, especially improved the quality of health care.
