第 37卷 第 1 期 中国道湾圈设 Vol . 37 No .1 2017年 1 月 China Harbour Engineering Jan . 2017 吸力筒型基础海上拆除技术 高本金，郝军 ( 海洋石油工程股份有限公司，天 津 300461 ) 摘 要 ：中国近海油气资源开发自20世 纪 80年代开始进人快速发展时期，早期建设的海上石油平台大多已接近设 计寿命，未来将陆续退役并予以拆除。钢制导管架型基础海洋平台建成数量多，安装及拆除方案非常成熟。吸力筒 型基础自 20世 纪 90年代才开始在国内使用，拆除案例比较鲜见。结合现有海洋平台拆除技术，以某海上测风塔拆 除项目为例，文中提出了 3种吸力筒型基础海上拆除技术，从技术可行性、操作安全性角度对 3种技术方案的优劣 进行了比较分析。3种技术方案总体均可行，但在可操作性上存在差异，仍需进行深人研究。文章所述关键技术对 类似吸力筒型结构及常规导管架基础结构都具有典型的工程实际参考价值。 关键词：吸力筒型基础；导管架基础；海上拆除；水下切割；气囊 中图分类号：U656.6 文献标志码 ：B 文章编号：2095-7874(2017)01-0050-04 doi ：10.7640/zggwjs201701011 Offshore removal techniques of suction can foundation GAO Ben-jin , HAO Jun ( Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd., Tianjin 300461,China) Abstract ： China offshore oil and gas resources development went into a rapid developing period since 1980s, the offshore oil platforms early constructed are already close to the design life, they will be retired and removed in the future. Steeljacket foundation offshore platform was built in a great number; the installation and removed scheme is mature. Suction can foundation was used since 1990s with rare remove case. Based on an offshore meteorological mast remove project, we introduced 3 kinds of suction can foundation offshore removed schemes combining with the exiting offshore platform remove technologies, carried out the comparative analysis from the technical feasibility and operational safety. All three technical schemes are generally feasibility, but with different operability which needs to be dee studied. The key techniques mentioned in this paper have typical and practical value for other sim
