The first part is the design and calculation part, it can calculate the relevant parameters to determine the sag of the wire stress and the structure and shape of the tower and the loading conditions through selected wire. this article discussed the conductor and the ground wires comparing load critical span .the maximum arc-perpendicular judgment .mechanics propertys fixed position of shaft-tower. various checking .representative spans calculating. load applied on iron tower calculating. equipment used in the ground connection design. metal appliance simply introduced the iron tower erectings design and fundament construction The second part is the calibration stage. According to 220kV transmission line high security and ensuring the stable operation condition of transmission lines, we can do detailed and accurate calibration of load, wind angle and the basis of stability .It can give favorable parameters to improve the safety factor of the line safe operation.
